sdformat build-depends on libignition-math2-dev. This is provided by the
source package ignition-math2 which has never built succesfully on armel
or mips (it is failing with a test failure, I wonder if it is a race
condition triggered by slow systems)
sdformat however has built on armel and mips in the past and hence has
out of date binaries for those architectures and will not migrate to
testing until that is sorted out. There are three possible soloutions to
this (in decreasing order of preference). There are thee potential
soloutions for this (in descending order of preference).
1: fix ignition-math2 so it builds on armel and mips.
2: make your package build without libignition-math2-dev on armel and mips.
3: declare that it is not reasonable to support your package on armel
and mips and file a removal request with the ftpmasters.
