Package: libapache2-mod-passenger Version: 4.0.53-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Hello, Before the libapache2-mod-passenger is installed, the vlogger perl script linked to Apache is correctly working on the Debian Jessie 8 server (amd64). When redmine and the passenger + ruby dependencies are installed, the Apache crashes with the followin error message: Can't locate arybase.pm in @INC (you may need to install the arybase module) (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.20.2 /usr/local/share/perl/5.20.2 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.20 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux- gnu/perl/5.20 /usr/share/perl/5.20 /usr/local/lib/site_perl) at /usr/sbin/vlogger line 430, <STDIN> line 1. Having the next trick doesn't solved the problem: lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 6 Nov 26 15:21 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.20 -> 5.20.2/ ls -ld /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.20/arybase.pm -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2816 May 3 2015 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux- gnu/perl/5.20/arybase.pm Commenting the line conerning the vlogger in the apache.conf, or apt-get-removing the package makes the Apache server works again but not what it's really wanted. Sure that's something minor to get it working, but to bad in Perl to find it, I'm afraid...
