The commit should apply with minor changes to 4.0.5 as well.
4.1.4 seems to have it too, which has been on experimental for a few months and I'll probably upload it to unstable soon. 4.3.0 is being prepared in git, though it still needs BIND 9.10.x to happen first.. -- t
