Filing a bug report to prevent ethstats from migrating to testing.

I introduced a grave bug in my 1.1.0 refactoring of the Perl source of
ethstats - the wrong value is used for the number of packets sent out
on an interface, the same one as for the number of bytes sent out,
thus leading to some... intriguing reporting. I've fixed it upstream:

https://gitlab.com/ethstats/ethstats/commit/80787035498a4a4c2d79943b36d045fde83b0947

...and I'll release ethstats-1.1.1 tomorrow and put up a Debian package
for sponsorship.

G'luck,
Peter
