It should be noted that this bug was filed in November 2014. Since then, openntpd has been removed from Testing due to this bug being marked as Serious and not having been acted upon within a reasonable time. Whichever solution the maintainers of openntpd, ntp and apparmor decide to go with, a timely response would be appreciated.
