I can't seem to reproduce this exact failure locally, but I did notice that we're using a relation on the Build-Depends for this package for which the first relation is unavailable within main (golang-github-stretchr-objx-dev). No idea why that particular build accepted the alternative (perhaps a misconfigured buildd in the cluster?), but I'm prepping an upload to fix that particular issue. Maybe it'll help with this bug too?
