AFAICS this wasn't fixed. The package still build-depends on libdcmtk2-dev, which makes it build against the old libdcmtk2v5, see e.g.: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=aeskulap&arch=i386&ver=0.2.2b1-14&stamp=1447112094 Emilio
