This seems to occur when the file displayed in the browser has been removed. In case the browser cannot retrieve the file: 1. There MUST be an error message. Otherwise the user will think that the file has been saved, potentially losing the data (the user may remove the source, e.g. a mail, after supposing that the file has successfully been saved from Firefox). 2.
