Thanks Andreas. For the records: This was caused by the use of the latest alpha version of Eigen 3.3, as explained in this bug report: http://eigen.tuxfamily.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=1066#c3
It is already fixed upstream in MRPT. We will release a new version soon to close this bug.
