I assume this is an effect of the current upgrade of all BioC modules (packages r-bioc-*). I'm doing the migration right into unstable which is strictly speaking not correct but considering the user number and the quite closed set of packages involved not a real problem. I guess this bug can be closed with a simple upgrade I plan to do over the weekend. I'd recommend to stay tuned with further bug reports affecting r-bioc-* packages in the next couple of days to save your own time. Kind regards Andreas.
