Hi Kevin, do you have a plan to work on this? I'd recommend to choose the name
/usr/bin/axe-demultiplexer and provide /usr/lib/debian-med/bin/axe in addition and add Recommends: med-config (>= 2.1) to d/control. This could be completed by and according hint in debian/README.Debian. You might like to have a look into the packages inspect, libgenome-perl or plink as examples. Feel free to ask for further advise. Kind regards Andreas.
