liboauth-php is a leaf package that never had any proper release, and
had not seen any activity in its VCS in over four years, not sure it’s
still maintained (not much activity in upstream bug tracker in the last
four years either).
I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody
objects (but feel free to beat me to it).
