This one is tougher. The code only uses git from a plugin that is under the
LGPL-2+, that one is fine, also most of the code is LGPL-2.1+, which is,
again, fine. But the whole code links against ktexteditor, even the plugins
that are under GPL-3+, and libssl in turn.

So I guess that either ktexteditor needs to drop the libgit build-dep or
libgit needs to be linked against gnutls after all.

I'll add a similar comment in the copyright file than the one I've sent tho
the #799430 bug, and drop the libgit2-dev build dep in ktexteditor till
#798421 solved.

Happy hacking,
