ibus-pinyin has a hardcoded dependency on the libpyzy-1.0-0 package.
That's wrong, as shared library dependencies should be picked up from
dpkg-shlibdeps / ${shlibs:Depends}.  We need a fix ASAP because
libpyzy-1.0-0 is being renamed for a libstdc++6 followup transition.
