I've uploaded to delayed/2 (at request of the release team) as this is part of a block of packages involved in the already overly complex gcc5/libstdc++ transitions and I think the best way would be for the next upload to wait until the relevant transitions are fully complete (or go only into experimental). Feel free to discuss with the release team for more information.
