Hi Michael,
I think the problem is in this line:

Also, give "apt-get install libwxbase3.0-0 libwxgtk3.0-0" a try.
As I don't think this is a pgadmin3 problem, I'm closing the bug. If
you have more information, please feel free to followup and/or reopen.
