Affected. Renaming is necessary. A proposed patch is available from:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pajeng/1.1+git20140604.1d5509f042-2ubuntu2

1.1+git20140604.1d5509f042-2ubuntu1 introduced the changes required
to rename binary packages, and 1.1+git20140604.1d5509f042-2ubuntu2
fixes a build issue with boost.
