Hi, Indeed, the problem is in python-mock.
What happens is that python-mock uses PBR, which has a kind of new definition of the way to define requirements, using: funcsigs;python_version<"3.3" at ;python_version<"3.3" I've done a team upload fixing it (it patches requirements.txt to avoid this new format).
