Subject: percona-xtradb-cluster-5.5: Release team concerns
Package: percona-xtradb-cluster-5.5
Severity: serious

The release team considers it desirable to ship only one branch of the MySQL codebase in Jessie. percona-xtradb-cluster-5.5 has not yet migrated to Jessie.

If percona-xtradb-cluster would be in Jessie, it should be the current upstream
version 5.6.

This bug is to prevent migration of percona-xtradb-cluster to Jessie at the current time. If you wish to ship percona-xtradb-cluster, please contact the
release team *now* to discuss your plans, which will be considered in
conjunction with the plans of the MySQL and MariaDB maintainers.

Please don't close this bug without co-ordination.

Thanks.
