You should probably do a bit more than "hope". :-) The set of packages to migrate is large, so you might want to work with the release team to put a proper hint into place. Migrating tex-common seems to require migrating all the rest: https://release.debian.org/migration/testing.pl?package=tex-common For now, quite a few packages are only 2 of 5 days old.
