Like said, after getting into the matter I have problems with this bug, because

that pdf2djvu conversion gets sorted first (in the German) PDF context menu
is a matter of "Name[de]" together with the collation rule which is in effect, 
on
other desktops it's going to appear differently.

I have problems to reproduce that it restricts other applications like
Firefox opening PDFs.

There are other several CLI tool packages which contain .desktop files for
convenient on-the-fly features based on right-click context menus. I would
understand a complaint if e.g. "NoDisplay" wouldn't be set or something like
this not suitable for non-desktop applications.

If you please could either point out if there's a policy breach or give
moreinfo which other (available) package(s) ist/are blocked by the .desktop file
of the pdf2djvu package to help me out reproduce and fix it.
