Yeah. You still need to upload the arch:all binaries but you can skip arch:any ones. The dpkg-buildpackage -g switch does that. But you probably still want to fix the chroot, so that you notice when a package has a build-dependency on something from experimental, and when it is uploaded it becomes BD-Uninstallable because it can't satisfy that b-d in unstable.
