Package: systemd Version: 215-17 Severity: grave Tags: upstream fixed-in-experimental Justification: causes non-serious data loss
As reported in other distros: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd/+bug/1448259 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1183194 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1141137 This bug has been fixed in experimental[1], but this fix needs to be cherry-picked into a Debian stable update, preferably soon enough that it can still make it to the first jessie point release (Debian 8.1). For the record, I've been personally a victim of a non-serious, but still rather annoying data loss episode most likely caused by this issue, as it matches exactly what is described in the redhat bug reports.
