Package: meld
Version: 3.12.3-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

since upgrading from wheezy to jessie
(gdm3, gnome-flashback, metacity, pyhton 2.7)
some menus have gone.

The menus I have now are
 ( File / Edit / Changes / View / Tabs )

no preferences or settings to set:
 font, syntax, highlighting, file filters,
 text filters, etc
