Yes, the build log comes from GNU/kFreeBSD, but is not specific to this
system. Have a look at:
http://buildd.debian.org/build.php?arch=&pkg=fookb

It's just that it is easier for me to use this build log (just hitting
reply in my mailer).

It's just that X11/Intrinsic.h is used to determine to detect the base
of the X11 install. It is provided by libxt-dev, which is not in the
build-depends.
