The filename that matches "/usr/lib/aspell/?slenska.alias" is not valid utf-8 and violates the Debian policy section 10.10. This policy item is relatively new in Debian terms and aspell-is is the last package violating this item. I am tagging this bug stretch+sid in accordance with the release team as it may not be viable to fix this issue in time, yet it does not undermine the usability of the package.
