With the latest package 0.119 I am still unable to boot without doing a 'vgchange -a y'. I'm running the latest and greatest from unstable on an amd64 machine.
ii initramfs-tools 0.119 Unfortunately, I don't really have a lot of time to help track this down but if you need output from a command or two I can definitely do that. Cheers, Kyle
