A bug in OpenAFS's determination of the data version of a file can cause
data loss when writing a file larer than the AFS cache and simultaneously
exceeding the system's maximum dirty ratio.

This bug cannot currently be verified in jessie due to #778196, but source
inspection confirms that it is present.
