It might, but that's really hard to test (adding newer packge versions as installation candidate is easy, entirely removing one is hard). The tomcat6 scores will be a bit lower, but I'm not sure whether this will be sufficient. Please ping me once tomcat6 is gone from jessie and I'll recheck. You also need to fix guacamole-tomcat for getting rid of tomcat6 (#759621), I just fixed the incorrect tagging ...
