ipv6 accounting is broken in the current pmacct version due to a bug in
the way netmasks are applied. as a result accounting is done for various
networks and IP addresses which should not be accounted at all.
as this is one of the major use cases of pmacct and a regression from
wheezy, I consider this issue serious.
