The unblock was already requested, but pulled out due to issues in
apt and dpkg. I've asked for it to be reinstated precisely for reasons
similar as the ones above, but I'll ask again later today with the
pre-approval request for 1.17.23.

I'd appreciate though, if you could get fusionforge-plugin-mediawiki
uploaded with the triggers fix so that I can add the correct versioned
Breaks in dpkg to guarantee a smooth uprade.
