Yeah, I know. Unfortunately, even a new 1.4.12 package with only the RC bugs fixed is still not eligible for inclusion in Jessie... Do you perhaps have any interest in taking over the package? I haven't had any systems using quota for 10 years or so, so I kind of lost interest in the package (which is a poor excuse for it getting as little attention as it has in the past few years, I know).
