Bug#346252: Can you allow at least kaffeine w/o gstreamer in testing?

According to 
http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian/testing.pl?package=kaffeine kaffeine 
is barred from entering testing just by this bug. However, 
kaffeine can work pretty well even just with more stable xine 
engine. Couldn't you let kaffeine come into testing just with 
that, please?
