I can confirm that is issue exists with 3.17. The syscall is returning ENOKEY where until 3.16 it was returning EPERM. I'll try to investigate the cause tomorrow, and reassign to the src:linux once I have located it. Either way, this shouldn't be a problem for Jessie where we will have 3.16.
