Oracle has released the October CPU, see

As MariaDB 5.5 and MySQL 5.5 have same code basis all of the MySQL 5.5
issues might also affect MariaDB (thus choosen same severity).

Could you please help updating the tracker information in case of some
of the issues beeing fixed earlier that 5.5.39 or 5.5.40. I have for
now marked them as "undetermined".
