1) presumably it was a moderation message, not a bounce, and your
message has been approved, and your address is now on the whitelist

2) bug report email doesn't flow through ceph-maintainers

3) this addresses spam and member removal from spam noise quite nicely,
and messages are rarely held up for more than a few hours.  Is there
really a problem here?
