Some files that used to be in ruby-actionpack* were moved to ruby-actionpack-action-caching; it needs a dependency on the version of ruby-actionpack in jessie to force it to be upgraded first. I have a fix here that I will upload RSN. -- Antonio Terceiro <terce...@debian.org>
