This is an unusual package because it should only ever been installed in a Debian chroot that is running on an Android device. I cannot think of any other instance that makes sense to install this package. So if anyone can think of better tests to enforce that, that would be good.
Also, piuparts provides a valuable service, so it makes sense to make this package work with piuparts.
