Hi Camm, It looks like you're gcl uploads didn't make it to testing in time for the freeze, but maxima did.
Maxima in testing now has an unsatisfiable build dependency on gcl in unstable. I did a rebuild of maxima 5.34.1-2 with gcl 2.6.11-3 from testing, which seemed to work just fine, but I'm not familiar enough with why there is so often a need for updating the gcl build-dep in the package.
