eagle Build-Depends on libjpeg62-dev which is now only a virtual
package. Please switch to libjpeg-dev. IIRC the autobuilder network
prefers to get real packages as B-D, therefore the severity.
Also this seems to prevent cruft removal of the old libjpeg62-dev
package from sid.
