I'm the maintainer for both css-mode and html-helper-mode; my apologies for not chiming in sooner. Given that both packages appear to be abandoned upstream (with a CSS mode integrated into Emacs now), I agree with Rob that both can probably be removed from Debian at this point. I have filed bugs on ftp.debian.org requesting both packages be removed from unstable. Chris -- Christopher N.
