According to the build logs at https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=libatomic-ops&suite=unstable https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=libatomic-ops&ver=7.4.2-1 7.4.2-1 built everywhere, including powerpc and ppc64el (but these two needed two attempts).
