Looking at this jenkins job at https://jenkins.debian.net/job/chroot-installation_wheezy_install_developer_upgrade_to_jessie/ it seems (just from the "build history" column on the left) that the job has run successfully for the last ~20 days, so I assume this bug was temporarily and has (been) fixed (itself)?
