I just successfully tried this in a VM with the following versions, which are all in testing: ii cgmanager 0.33-2 amd64 ii linux-image-3.16-3-amd64 3.16.5-1 amd64 ii systemd-shim 8-4 amd64 So this bug should be considered fixed IMHO.
