Hello Ben, since the broken libjpeg-turbo-progs/1:1.3.1-3 was never part of a stable release, this is not strictly necessary: it does not break the wheezy to jessie upgrade. Just remove it before perfomring the upgrade. Since we are very close to the freeze, I would rather dispense with uploading a work around for the libjpeg-turbo-progs/1:1.3.1-3 breakage.
