It's interesting to see a three month old fix for this report at the upstream website (which is not mentioned in the debian/copyrigh file).
But even this version at http://plg.uwaterloo.ca/~usystem/pub/uSystem/debian/ doesn't build. Debian uses i486 for the ix86 CPU, the package expects i386.
