Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer,
Adding a new config script to live-config (to configure some aspects
of our Debian derivative) we noticed it didn't run. We tried to
restart the service in a running live system and it failed:
root@debian:/home/user# service live-config restart
Job for live-config.service failed. See 'systemctl status
live-config.service' and 'journalctl -xn' for details.
systemctl showed the following error (non relevant lines omited):
root@debian:/home/user# systemctl status -l live-config.service
...

keyboard-configuration update-notifierln: failed to create symbolic
link '/usr/lib/update-notifier/apt-check': No such file or directory
update-notifier is installed but /usr/lib/update-notifier doesn't
exist and the package doesn't provide an apt-check file (neither does
the package that replaces update-notifier: gnome-packagekit).
