I just finished a test-build on kfreebsd-amd64 (this took 34 hours on my usual development machine... the VM I rented for this work before, could do this in about 2). Anyway, this patch fixes the build, *but* there are still problems with linker path and C++ includes. Probably the kfreebsd patches need updating from current clang-3.4 in sid, where these issues were solved already; I'll have a go at fixing that next.
