Hello,
ruby-carrierwave is not installable in sid on any architecture, since
2014-07-23. The reason is that on the one hand it depends on
ruby-activemodel-3.2 which in turn depends on ruby-activesupport-3.2.
On the other hand, ruby-carrierwave depends on ruby-activesupport.
Package ruby-activesupport (2:4.1.6-1) Breaks ruby-activesupport-3.2.

this has been solved by the recent upload of ruby-activesupport 2:4.1.6-2.
