This comes down to a django1.7 problem. Not all installations are affected.

Currently, there is only a workaround:

# lava-server manage migrate --list
admin
 [X] 0001_initial
auth
 [X] 0001_initial
contenttypes
 [X] 0001_initial
dashboard_app
 [ ] 0001_initial
 [ ] 0002_auto_20140917_1935
google_analytics
 [ ] 0001_initial
lava_scheduler_app
 [ ] 0001_initial
 [ ] 0002_add_lava-health_user
sessions
 [ ] 0001_initial
sites
 [ ] 0001_initial

# lava-server manage migrate --fake

# apt-get -f install
